Perfect for the screwdriver kit

Comments On Jun 14, 2017:A small drive center is suggested in the instructions for the screwdriver kit so that you can get closer to the end radius while turning the handle. I didn't have one, so I purchased this Apprentice model. As with other Apprentice products I've used, I wasn't disappointed. Very good quality at a very fair price. Thanks Craft Supplies!

Great little drive center for cheap

Comments On Apr 29, 2014:Used to make wood spin really fast. Seriously, though, I do like the small profile of the tip of the teeth, it makes it easier to get a bite on hardwoods, more so than my larger teeth.

Great Product

Comments On Mar 03, 2014:I am new to wood turning and bought a used wood lathe,the parts that came with it were very used also. So I bought an apprentice 4 prong driver center it was the best thing I could have done. It is a great tool for the money!

Inside / Out Ornaments

Comments On Nov 22, 2013:I am making a batch of inside-out turned ornaments and this 5/8 inch spring loaded drive is just perfect for the final turn on these delicate pieces -- no splitting from the drive center. The spurs hold well.
