The Artisan Ring Scraper makes turning ring blanks easier and more precise thanks to its unique design. Made of M2 high speed steel, the Ring Scraper features a negative rake cutting edge on the end and side of the tool shank so you can make an accurate, non-aggressive cut for a precise fit. Not only will the Ring Scraper help you properly size the interior of the ring blank for fitting the core, you can also use it to shape the outside of the ring and true the sides for a perfect fit. To sharpen, simply hone cutting edge with honing stone to extend life of the tool.
