Comments On Jan 12, 2018:Kirk deHeer introduced this at our class, calling it "liquid ebony." And that's just right! This flows easily to fill narrow cracks, either for intentional visual contrast or repairs in dark wood. It doesn't shrink and crack, and it sands and polishes to a smooth surface. I was less successful using this for larger decorative gaps (2 mm). It cures more slowly than the package suggests, even with an accelerant. I'd leave it an hour before going back with a tool or abrasive.
