This is about customer service

Comments On Feb 22, 2022:I recently reviewed this product but, this is about customer service. THEY reached out to me even though I didn't contact them. They offered me a refund even though I told them that I was relatively new to turning and it could very well have been my fault. I did order a couple more of the same blanks because they are beautiful and I am determined to turn one. You just don't find that kind of customer service too often anymore.

Comments On Nov 10, 2018:I bought a red colored pen blank and used it with the Artisan Clicker Pen kit. I had to clean up the edges of the blank with the band saw before I could insert it into my pen jaws, but the material turned like butter. It worked well with both conventional and carbide tip tools. Really nice.
My grand daughter absolutely loves it. It is her special and favorite pen that Grandpa made for her.
