Comments On Feb 21, 2014:This is a well built template for layouts in rough cut lumber, as well as purchased blanks. It is very easy to use, inserting a small nail in the center of the template aligned to the center of your blank. Use a pencil (I prefer to use a pencil with thick lead as thinner leads seem to break) and trace out your desired size on your blank.

Comments On Dec 24, 2013:I wanted to be able to mark my chunks of wood to make some bowl blanks for wood turning. This template works great. You just put a small nail in the center of the template, put a pencil/pen in the diameter sized hole you need and move it around in a circle, then cut along the line using your band saw. Makes the perfect sized bowl blanks to cut on my band saw every time. I even used it to make some solid templates of different sizes out of Masonite. This tool works very well for making my bowl blanks and I would recommend it to the people who would use one. It is made of a flexible plastic and should last a long time. I love mine.
