Amazing!

Comments On Nov 01, 2023:This system reduces the time to finish CA or acrylics from 45 minutes to 5 minutes. Plus, no mess caused by wet sanding (water on your steel lathe parts, etc.). I always used the six-pad wet sanding (just bought two new sets at the same time I ordered this), and I doubt I will wet sand again. I've made hundreds of pens, and I'm amazed how fast this works. Sand to 600 grit, apply these three waxes, and within 5 minutes you've got a perfect high-gloss finish. Done. This will be my go-to finishing system for CA, acrylics, and stabilized wood from now on. I'm amazed.

Easy to apply

Comments On Mar 24, 2022:I bought this after watching the video. I was going to use this on acrylic but, I am not making anything with acrylic at the moment. So far I have used this on wood only. I am very pleased with the results. I sand the pieces down to 600 grit. Then I apply the wax. This provides a great base to apply the 3 part wax also by Dr Kirk. The product is easy to apply and you only need a very small amount.

Best thing since sliced bread

Comments On Mar 10, 2022:Best thing since sliced bread. I was getting really tired of wet sanding with Micro Mesh and saw this product and decided to give it a try. I get 98% of the finish with 20% of the work on acrylics and especially acrylester. Fantastic time savings and looks great too.

Dr. Kirk hits a home run!

Comments On Apr 23, 2020:The illustrious and sometimes infamous Dr. Kirk has hit a home run again! His Scratch Free is a home run. This product is a whole new level. So far, I have only used this product on BLO/CA finished wood pens and I can see there is no longer a need to do any further buffing or polishing to get an outstanding finish.

WOW

Comments On Jan 15, 2015:My first couple of acrylic projects came out kind of lackluster. After investing in some Micro Magic, everything I make sparkles like a disco ball. Great stuff. I'll always have it in my shop.

Great for Acrylics

Comments On Feb 01, 2014:This polishing wax system works great on acrylics and better than I thought it would! Doesn't take much wax either, so this will last a long time.
It says it produces a nice finish on CA glue on wood. I was unable to get as shiny a finish on CA as with OneStep Plastic Polish.
