At Craft Supplies USA, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Just give us a call and we will arrange for return shipping. Some exclusions apply.
1. Get a Return Authorization
To start a return, simply call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-551-8876 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and assistance with return shipping.
2. Pack your items carefully
Returned items should include the original packaging, complete with all original accessories and manuals. Carefully pack the items and write the RMA number on the outside of the box or envelope.
3. Ship the return package
Ship the product back and our Returns Department will process your return promptly.
Refund or exchange?
You may choose an exchange or a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Unless the product being returned is defective or is not the item you ordered, you are responsible for the shipping charges incurred when returning any product.
Pen and project components will not be accepted for return unless originally purchased as components. Items that have been abused or modified from their original condition may not be accepted.

We will process your exchange or refund
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card issuer or bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
