The unique two-piece press-together design provides an excellent fit and finish with a nearly invisible joint when assembled. JPG ring kits are supplied with a brushed satin finish that can be buffed to a high-gloss finish if desired.
JDG rings can be turned using the JDG Pro Ring Mandel (the most precise method), or with the Artisan® Ring Turning Chuck or Artisan® Comfort Fit Ring Bushings.

The two piece cores

Comments On Jan 21, 2020:I've been doing rings just over a year now with good luck. The wood insert has to be dead nuts 6 mm for the ring to come out right. I use a metal lathe witch makes it work well. ringsareus.com
