Excellent faceshield

Good value and excellent protection

Comments On Jan 04, 2016:I bought this face shield about 3 months ago. Prior to that I wore safety goggles and nothing else. I knew that I should have better protection, but... hard to get pumped up about spending money on safety.
Two days after receiving the faceshield a bowl exploded in more-impressive-than-usual fashion. A large chunk of the bowl hit my faceshield and would have probably took a chunk out of my face if the shield was not there. Ever since then, I have worn it faithfully.
Only a few disadvantages:
1) Hard to wear with external hearing protection (which is OK, since I prefer ear plugs)
2) Shield gets dusty quickly. May be static related. Hoping this will get better once my dust collection is improved
3) Could use better padding on headband part
Overall a good value and excellent safety upgrade.
