Designed for use in a standard 4-jaw chuck, this multi-spur center allows you to do spindle turning without the need to remove your lathe chuck. The four-sided shaft mounts in the chuck jaws and stays securely in place. The multi-tooth ring design won’t split even small-diameter turning stock, unlike typical 4-prong drive centers. The spring-loaded center pin makes locating the blank between centers easy without risking damaging the blank when tightened between centers.
