Vicmarc VM120/150 Shark Jaws

Vicmarc’s VM120/150 Shark Jaws pair a serrated, tooth-like gripping surface with the two-way chucking system found across the VM120/150 lineup, giving turners extra bite on wood that tends to slip in a smooth dovetail jaw. Green wood, bark-inclusion pieces, and other unpredictable stock hold far more securely once the teeth dig in, which gives you ultimate confidence at the lathe.

As with Vicmarc’s Dovetail Jaws, each set clamps onto a tenon in compression mode or presses outward into a recess in expansion mode so you’re never locked into one chucking method.

Five sizes cover everything from mid-size bowls to large platters and hollow forms. All sets fit both the VM120 and VM150 Chucks. Not for use with VM100 Chucks.

55mm Shark Jaw Set

A practical entry point for mid-size bowls where you want extra hold without stepping up to a larger jaw.
